Before the I even get into the content, the image Sujan Patel chose for this post is worth the click alone, definitely had me laughing and fits the article perfectly. Buyer personas are not new, almost everyone knows that they should use them, but very few take full advantage of the process. This could be for a few reasons, including having no clue what to ask in order to get the most value.. Luckily Sujan came to the rescue and provided a massive list that can be used to jump start the interview process in any industry.
This post is a bit hard to understand at first, but is short enough to where you can easily read it more than once in order to fully grasp the information. In a nutshell, Brooks Bell discusses how the complexity of a website impacts its effectiveness, with the answer being that it depends on the site and the user. Basically, the end goal of the user determines their expereince so that users looking to complete simple tasks like providing information will enjoy a less complex site than those looking for psychological stimulation.
