Buyer personas are not new, almost everyone knows that they should use them, but very few take full advantage of the process. This could be for a few reasons, including having no clue what to ask in order to get the most value.. Luckily Sujan came to the rescue and provided a massive list that can be used to jump start the interview process in any industry.
